In her 11+ years with Chally, Maria has solidified herself as a trusted advisor and advocate for all her clients. She has extensive leadership experience having driven strategic programs for several large domestic and international companies. Maria enjoys spending quality time with her family and is passionate about instilling in her daughters the importance of giving back.

In her 12 years with Chally, Denise has always strived to unearth powerful insights that inform key business decisions and create data-driven solutions that drive unparalleled value for our customers. Denise also works with Chally developers to ensure the assessments continuously meet evolving business requirements and standards.

As VP of Global Sales, Joe works with sales leaders across the globe to help align sales and client-facing talent to best executive their go-to-market strategies. In addition, Joe works with Human Resource organizations to leverage Chally in improving the effectiveness of hiring, talent retention, and career progression/ development. Joe brings over 20 years of experience, including 11 years with Chally, as an enterprise sales professional with deep expertise in data analysis, talent analytics, sales processes, and strategy.

As Director of Strategy and Channel Partnerships, Amala is responsible for taking new and exciting products to market and providing the best experience for Chally’s channel partners. Amala also serves as Operating Partner at Ten Oaks Group. Previously, she worked in Deloitte’s Digital practice where she drove large-scale, strategic transformation programs and specialized in brand strategy. Amala is passionate about creating opportunities for underprivileged children and serves on the board of an educational non-profit.

As CFO of Chally, Kyle cares deeply about customer needs and providing relevant data to inform key decision-making. He has extensive experience with both public and privately-owned multinational companies in the areas of accounting and finance. Kyle is a licensed CPA and holds degrees from Florida College and the Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh. He enjoys downhill skiing and spending time with his wife and three children.

As Chief Technology Officer, Aaron ensures the delivery of all technology initiatives at Chally. Aaron has worked closely with numerous businesses over the past decade building out dependable and scalable software solutions. He works jointly with the business team to facilitate the needs and future direction of Chally’s IT products. Aaron is passionate about leveraging technology to improve the efficiency of processes as well as automating repetitive tasks. He currently resides in Kenya where he sees amazing wildlife and scenery day in and day out.

In her 20+ years with Chally, Sue has always taken the time to develop an in-depth understanding of each client’s talent management issues, ensuring her support is tailored to meet their needs and maximize impact. Outside of work, Sue enjoys spending time with her large extended family and group of friends.

Her graphic design experience spans over 20 years, and she enjoys creating visually impactful content and products for Chally. She also provides 5-star customer service to Chally clients, going above and beyond to provide consistent and reliable support. Kim is passionate about family and keeping her family healthy. A.A. in Graphic Design from Sinclair Community College; B.A. in Web Development from Franklin University (in progress).

He is an Industrial-Organizational (IO) Psychologist by training and has held executive HR and talent management positions in various industries. Jonathan serves on Advisory Boards for the TECO Leadership Center at Sykes College of Business, University of Tampa, and for the Entrepreneurship Center at the Muma College of Business, University of South Florida. B.A. from Rutgers University; M.A. and PhD from the University of South Florida.

Previously, she spent 7 years in Deloitte’s Strategy & Analytics practice. Given her passion for D&I, Adrienne designed and implemented several initiatives focused on recruiting and retaining underrepresented minorities. Adrienne enjoys traveling with her family, cooking, and playing with her maltipoo.
