Business Operations Manager

Maria is a Senior Sales Talent Consultant turned Business Operations Manager. At Chally, she executes on strategic initiatives related to sales force productivity and marketing. Maria specializes in managing strategic initiatives and ensures they are implemented and adopted across the organization. Additionally, Maria continues her consulting work for key accounts focusing on sales talent, sales assessments, and sales process improvement.

Maria has over 15 years of experience in program and project management and 10 years in sales talent consulting. She has the ability to take a strategy and translate it into creative, tactical, and executable solutions to increase revenue while solidifying long-term client loyalty. Her deep subject matter expertise on sales talent assessments, sales talent development, and sales effectiveness are evident in both her approach to client work and marketing for Chally. Known as a trusted advisor and a results-oriented professional, she has managed projects for numerous large, complex companies, both in the US and around the world. Maria’s key strengths include exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion to serve as an advocate for her clients. Those who have worked with Maria say that she is easy to work with and that she has an ability to take a complex or technical concept and break it down so it’s easy to understand.

Maria received her BA in Political Science with minors in English and History from the University of Dayton. She is an associate board member for the Greater Miami Valley chapter of Big Brothers, Big Sisters. As a working mom, Maria spends her time away from the office with her husband and two young daughters. She believes in showing her girls how to make a difference and, no matter how small the act, giving back is one of the most important things you can do in this world.
